We invite you to join us at the 12th Annual Hispanic Wellness Fair, Saturday, August 14, 2010 from 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the Will Rogers Memorial Complex, Amon Carter Exhibit Hall in Fort Worth.
This is a unique opportunity for community organizations who are willing to provide free access to health care and make information and resources available to the growing Hispanic population of Tarrant County . We anticipate providing health services such as immunizations for children, mammograms, prostate cancer screenings, blood pressure checks, cholesterol checks, glucose testing for diabetes, eye exams, body fat evaluations, HIV testing, dental checks, and health education and support services. Admission is free to the public.
Our annual wellness fairs have been very successful, touching the lives of over 25,000 participants. Over 100 organizations and 500 volunteers have participated in making the events so successful.
Booths are now available for interested organizations willing to provide health services and information to individuals that will attend the wellness fair. Our program's success is dependent upon your involvement. Please complete the enclosed booth application and return with your booth fee.
